Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your RiskLens AI purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

Eligible Refund Requests

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase for the following reasons:

✓ Technical Failure

If your report failed to generate or was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, we will refund your purchase in full.

✓ Duplicate Charge

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • ✗ Dissatisfaction with results: Refunds are not provided because you are unhappy with your risk score or the recommendations.
  • ✗ Change of mind: Once you have accessed or viewed the report, refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind.
  • ✗ Disagreement with methodology: Our rule engine uses a specific methodology; refunds are not available because you disagree with how risks are scored.
  • ✗ Requests after 7 days: Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase cannot be processed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@risklenshq.com with:

  • Your order/transaction ID (from your email receipt)
  • The email address used during purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur significant fees and may result in your access being revoked. We're happy to resolve legitimate issues directly.
