By accessing or using RiskLens AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

RiskLens AI provides automated risk assessment reports for marketing agencies based on self-reported information. The Service is designed to help users understand and prioritize potential compliance risks related to AI usage, data collection, and digital marketing practices.

2. Educational Purpose Only

Reports generated by RiskLens AI are based on publicly available regulatory guidance and common industry patterns. They are intended to help you prioritize issues for further review, not to provide definitive legal conclusions. For formal legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in the questionnaire
• Use the Service and reports for lawful purposes only
• Not redistribute, resell, or publicly share reports without authorization
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service

4. Payment and Delivery

The Service is offered as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your report via web link and email.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only in the following cases:

• Your report failed to deliver due to a technical error
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase

Refunds are not available simply because you are dissatisfied with your risk score or recommendations. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and methodology of the Service are owned by RiskLens AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use your purchased report for your internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will ensure legal compliance or prevent enforcement actions.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report (currently $49).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiskLens AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
